As of December 13, 2024 we have been made aware there has been a delay with December billing. The billing was mailed out on December 5, 2024. Several members have still not received them.

If you are a member who has not received their billing yet, please call us at 219-297-3118 and we can email, send a new copy, or give verbal balance.

To make a one time payment with a credit/debit card or with a checking/savings account, PayNow.  Click on SmartHub and set up your online account using an e-mail address and password to manage your preferences, inquire on account balance, view usage history, or to make payments, including recurring monthly payments, all of which are free of charge.  You can also go to the App Store and download the SmartHub App and do it all from your phone!
